Shipping & Return Policy

Orders ship in 2-5 Business days from the date of payment. Delays occasionally occur and we do our best to contact you as promptly as possible to let you know when it will ship, or to make other arrangements.  We appreciate your patience and understanding when this occurs.

We want you to be happy with your tools, and we know you almost always are. But if there is ever a concern with your tool we will be happy to answer questions and help you out. In the event that you find your tool needs to come back to us, you are welcome to send it back for a refund of the purchase price of the tool. This needs to be done within 30 days for your shipping date. You must contact me via email or the phone prior to shipping the tool.
