Flat Bead Release Remover

Your Price: $6.00
This is a great little tool for cleaning the backs of the cabochon mandrels.  It is a diamond coated tool that works well with a dremel.  It measures 16mm across the flat surface.

I use it flat, then if there is a spot that needs a bit extra work, I can use the outer edge.  This cleans off the release very well, and leaves the surface smooth to the touch.

It will not get into the little divet left by the nub on the cab mandrels, but you can either use your regular bead reamer, or there is also another reamer available in both the "buttons" and "cabochon" sections of the store, that cleans out the nub lickity split.
