This Duo was a special request from some on my customers in Australia. I decided to offer it here, as I think it's a great set of sizes. The Special Diamond Duo contains the Medium (18mm hole to hole and 21mm tip to tip), and the a Medium+ (21mm hole to hole and 24mm tip to tip) sizes. This is a great shape and compliments the Pillow and Lentil shapes very nicely.
