I recommend 1/16th mandrels, but the curved edges on this shape will look nice with 3/32nd mandrels, as well. The two sizes measure: Large 31mm left to right at widest point, 23mm top to bottom. They are 7mm thick on the large wings and 6mm thick on the smaller wings. Small 24mm left to right at widest point, 18mm top to bottom. They are 7mm thick on the large wings and 6mm thick on the smaller wings.
