A baby face mold for your cutest beads. Heat one side of the bead until droopy and press in to form the baby face. You can place the mandrel hole top to bottom or side to side. Specifications: Molds are 1.5" high and 2" square. Makes baby faces about 3/4" tall. Please note, while aluminum's melting point is below that of glass, it conducts heat away from the glass so quickly that it does not melt with use, but please keep it away from the actual flame. Skill Level: This mold is for the more advanced lampworker. It takes some heat management skills to keep the facial features sharply defined. Also, a bead made with this mold is on the large side. Safety: You will need a heat proof surface to use these on. A graphite plate is recommended. It will become hot with use, be careful when moving the mold during or after use.
