ZooziiPillow Large 2 Hole With Mandrels

The press is made of 2" square 5/8" thick brass. The wooden handle is 4" tall. There are two parallel mandrel holes, that accept 1/16th or 3/32nd mandrels. It's not only creative, it is well constructed and versitile.

The mandrel holder consists of a pinvise that holds the mandrel insert. The insert is made of brass and has 4 holes drilled across from each other. One set is for the 1/16th mandrel and one set of holes is for the 3/32nd mandrels. This means you only need one set of inserts to accomodate either sizes of mandrels.

The mandrels that come standard are the 1/16th size. They are 6.5" long. The ends have been ground and with a little light sanding once you get them they are ready to go. You dip them in your bead release and they can be placed in the mandrel holder. If you break, bend or want to change the mandrels for any reason, that can be done in a fairly simple manner.

The mandrel holder. There is a block of wood with holes drilled in it. This allows you to dip your mandrels and have a place for them to wait to be used, and to dry. There are 10 holes drilled, which allows for an additional set to be purchased, without needing to by another holder.

The beads this tool produces are 1" square. They are the same size as the ZooziiPillow Large, the extra mandrel hole is the only difference.

You can use this tool, as designed, to create wonderful 2 hole focal beads. You have the versitility of being able to use them with only one mandrel to create great pendant style beads as well.
