The Bi-Cone Quad has 4 cavities that measure as follows 8mm x 19mm 10mm x 22mm 12mm x 25mm 14mm x 29mm I recommend making a round bead that is about 1mm smaller than the cavity is wide, then you can add glass to the top and bottom, to fill in the points of the mold. You could also make a disk bead about 2mm shorter than the cavity is long (tip to tip), but that is a little trickier in terms of filling the press out across the mandrel grooves, especially in the larger cavities.
